This Crémant de Loire is a French award-winning sparkling wine, produced with the same Champagne wine making method, offering a festive, and brilliant sparkling feast.

GRAPE VARIETY

Chenin (45 %) ‐ Chardonnay (40%) ‐ Cabernet (15%).

TASTING NOTES:

Bright yellow tending to ancient gold.

The abundant and very delicate bubbles ensure the quality of this sparkling wine. It tickles the tongue and revives the taste buds nicely without aggressivity, then enhance its structure with delicacy.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Serving temperature at 40°F (chilled)

WINERY HISTORY

Vineyards located in the heart of the Loire Valley area, on the well‐exposed counterfort of the Loire river. Our selections are made specially in the area of Saumur.

Geological characteristic Ancient soils mostly siliceous. Grape variety

Vinification process:

Compulsory pneumatic press and book‐keeping of the process in order to stick to the rule : 100 liters of juice must be extracted from 150 kg whole grapes.

Vinification and elaboration in its growing‐area in underground cellars (20 meters below). The vinification process lasts for a minimum of a year following the same Champagne wine making method
